Hmm perhaps post hoc ergo propter hoc but lets check.

Few things to try:

  • First see if you can upload to another image host, try http://imageshack.us/ or http://www.imagehost.org/
  • What Operating System are you using (I'm assuming XP at this point, if its Vista the procedure is different)?
  • Whats your wider network/configuration like
  • Get to a command line
    • Either go Start>All Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt or Start>Run>cmd>OK or Start>Search>cmd This should bring up a black window with a flashing cursor
    • Enter the follow commands at the command  prompt, tapping the enter key after each. Restart when finish then turn  the router off and on and try again
      • ipconfig /flushdns
      • nbtstat -R
      • nbtstat -RR
      • netsh winsock reset
      • netsh int reset all
      • netsh int ip reset log.txt
    • If that doesn't work try Safe Mode with Networking
      • Shut down / restart Windows
      • Start tapping the F8 key (about once a second) The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
      • Ensure that the Safe Mode with Networking option is selected (use the arrow keys and enter)
      • Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode. Select yes when a prompt appears after a login try it now
      • When you are finished close all programs and restart the computer as you normally would.

If none of that works then its most likely the router, the reason I haven't talked about it yet is that support would have taken a look.

EDIT: Out of curiosity what did support do with it?

For Vista its going to be slightly different, still try the other sites and and let me know the results Safe Mode with Networking but for the commands replace the ones a bove with these.

Either go Start>Programs>Accessories and right-click on command prompt, select 'Run as Administrator' or Click on the Start button. In the search box, type in command prompt or cmd. command prompt will show up in the search results, right-click on Command Prompt icon and select Run as administrator, enter the admin details and you are ready to go.

When you get the Admin command prompt up type this tapping enter after each one, ignore any warnings or errors then start the computer and the router.

ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ip reset log.txt
netsh int ipv4 reset log4.log
netsh int ipv6 reset log6.log
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
