Hi
I am not very computer literate, but I want to change my website built with Easysite wizard pro. I am a letting agent, and my property portal supplier has created a "link" to copy and paste into my website, which would give me exactly what I want. However, I have spoken to BT support (?) on two occasions now- one said it can't be done, and the other one said to paste the link into wordpad and then copy and paste into website.
I keep trying but it doesn't happen. the link sort of appears but then a yellow triangle comes up, and if you click on the link nothing happens. I am actually pulling my hair out now - I thought this was meant to be "easy".
Any help in simple language would be much appreciated.

Hi
If you access menu editor to edit the buttons on your navigation bar. To create a new button, click on "Create New Button", then type in the name and tooltip. Using the "link to" option, navigation buttons can be linked to an external URL.
At the Editor Stage if you highlight some text, you can then click on the 'Hyperlink' option and make the highlighted text be a link to a URL (webpage).
For step by step instructions on EasySiteWizrd please look at the guide found HERE.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards

Thanks Fiona
I have read the manual several hundred times now, and I have done what you advised but it is still not working. When you click on the link the internet explorer box comes up with a warning triangle and the url address, but nothing else.
Any other ideas?

Diane
