Pointing my domain to my BT E-shop

Hi,
 
I have recently purchased a BT E-shop, and have just upgraded the hosting from the free webspace. How would I go about pointing my domain, shredclothing.co.uk to my E-shop, so the URL remains as shredclothing.co.uk not btowstore.co.uk/epages etc etc? Is it simply a case of emailing BT? Secondly, I know that my account number is visible on my bills, but I have only recently purchased the E-shop and upgraded hosting, and have yet to receive a quarterly bill. Therefore, is there any way I can find out my account number in order to use the contact form?
 
Any responses/advice would be much appreciated.

For the domain question:

As far as the account number for the form goes, don't worry too much about it.  As long as you have enough other information to identify the account then it's fine.  We don't like people putting in WM12345678, but if you don't have the right number yet then there's no other option.
