If register a further domain name with hosting with Bt do I use E shop settings to assign the domain to the shop or is this done through BT or is it both.
I did this supposedly you can assign it yourself but there was a technical error, so I emailed BT and they did it for me. I bought the domain through BT though, if you're buying it elsewhere I guess you'd have to contact whoever sells it.
