Poor Broadband Repair Service

Having found on the 15th February that we had no Broadband on a Business line.

Calling support and getting a person that could hardly speak English. Questions do your neighbours have the same problem? How would I know what my neighbours are doing even if the have BT they might be Virgin, Sky.

Well the answer was "The fault is in the Exchange" we will need 48 hours to sort the problem out.

48 Hours on a Business Line with a Business to run.

As you will see next point of call will be a supply from a cable supplier. BT there must be somebody that thinks business is a side operation to our Countries needs.

I wonder if they wait 48 hours if their Broadband disappears!!!

Waiting 48 hours is really can be a huge loss to a business. They should have some team who can take up immediately with the critical issues facing. If they do like this then many customers will get rid out of the problem and with little amount of loss
