Preventing REPLY TO ALL on marketing email

Noahs_Ark_Gifts

I've just put together a marketing email using MS Publisher and have a large mailing list to send this to.  I am concerned about data security for my customers' email addresses.

What is the best way to send this?  I was going to send it with the addresses in BCC but did a test and discovered that the REPLY TO ALL button still works when you use this option.  Is there a way I can remove this or a way to input my mailing list so it is not visible and also cannot be replied except through the email hyperlinks I have put into the email?

Layman's terms please.

Many thanks

Sue

Hi Sue,

BCC is used for this purpose, reply to all will not include any of the contacts entered into the BCC field.  If you have tested this with your own address only then that's why reply to all is showing your address.  Try entering your own address in the to field then someone elses in BCC. When you reply to all you should see a difference.

Thanks.
