Have you had any luck with this issue. I have the same problem. Im altering a web page we built a couple of years ago but the preview has the changes i made yesterday on it and none of todays. I wouldnt be so bad if I knew exactly what i was doing but I havent used this software before and it is completely un-user- friendly so you need the preview to keep checking what you have done is working. Without the preview working you could be wasting a huge amount of time.
Contacted Bt two days ago and am still waiting for a reply!!

I'm guessing that you contacted us via e-mail. Unfortunately, we are still working through a backlog of e-mail queries. I'd advise that you Contact Us via telephone or Live Chat. There may be a problem we'd need to get escalated.
The Contact Us link in the replies only leads to an 0845 no dealing with telephone problems. When I eventually got through to someone they did not now anything about websites. They also suggested that such a help centre would not be open at weekends! As that is the time when everyone does their online shopping, I find this appalling. BT just does seem to understand the ethos of running your own business. We don't create websites for the fun of it or to be creative - we do it to make a living - so we can pay their bills and ultimately their wages! BT please improve your customer service or you will lose them.

I'm seeing the same problem - the easy site wizard preview doesn't seem to work.
I need to get my new web site debugged and live - but I don't want to overe right the currrent one until the new one is debugged. Any suggestions..?
