Problem not resolved after 2 months!! Had enough now!!

On the 26th January 2011 I rang BT to enquire about the cost of cancelling our business maintenance contract as we were looking to change to another provider. The BT advisor advised me that it would cost £249 as we still had some time to run on our current maintenance contract. This was fine. The BT advisor then advised me that business account contact name was in the name of a former employee and asked if I would like to change it to mine which I agreed to. He sent an e-mail through to me which needed signing the the process called 'e-signature', which I went on to sign.

Within a couple of hours of this I received a phone call from an advisor called 'Raul' who advised me that my order had been placed?? I then received another e-mail from the original advisor that had a contract attached to it for 24 months, which had my 'e-signature' attached to it. This obviously was not what the company wanted or I required as I was looking to get away from BT. I feel that this was a very underhand way of obtaining a contract out of someone who doesn't want one!!

I have received numerous bills for the 2 business lines that we have due to the fact that we have 2 different account numbers for each line.

After getting nowhere with the original advisor I then went on to speak to his supervisor who said that she would listen back to our original telephone conversation. 5 weeks have now past and I have had no contact from BT. I have called them and apparently this issue has been past up the line?? Up the line to whom I have no idea as no-one from BT has contacted me.

I am now very annoyed with the lack of communication from the supposed 'number 1' communications company. I have got to the stage where it seems no-one is able to help. Even when you phone them you are on the line for long periods of time and still do not get anywhere. This is costing our business time and money which in the current financial climate none of us have!!

I have been complaining to bt since nov 2009 about their charges (call diverts) where it states clearly on their website

on the business one plus, that calls between bt landline, mobile is free but they keep charging me and my bill now is 3400 pounds.

I have been communicating with them since, and each time they say you are on the wrong tariff we will sort it for you,we will get somebody to call you.

and today I received their dept collection depart threatening to pass it on a dept collection agency.

you can never trust them

cheers
