Am failing miserably trying to set up my e-mails on my new Iphone 5. I have a business btconnect e-m account. It was upgraded to 365 a while ago. Access it on my pc with outlook - no problems. Access via my iPad - no problems.
I have tried following Burkem5's 'set up with screen shots' posting above - to the best of my knowledge exactly; but when i click 'done' it simply hangs in 'verifying'. only way out is to power down.
A couple of points that might be relevant.
a) I had the pc & iPad access in place before the 365 upgrade, whereas i've never tried to access emails on a phone before.
b) my screen looks a little different to the screen shots - the '365' button never appears in the top left corner; and there is is no 'advanced' settings button visible - like on the iPad.
