Problems with billing

Can someone please help me I have been having numerous problems with bt after calling to pay a bill that was outstanding I was told that there was nothing else outstanding on any of my four accounts so forgot about it until my next bill. I then receive a letter today telling me that threes some money outstanding and unless I pay it today there going to cut my phone off tomorrow with no notice.

I have spoken to two people in customer services one being very rude and talking over me and down to me, The speaking to someone else having them hang up on me at Pm when its time for them to go home, Im sick of being fobbed off when I call bt at the end of they day surely you should call someone if threes a problem with there bill YOU ARE A PHONE COMPANY and you don't contact your customers ridiculous IM looking to get this sorted if it doesn't I think IM going to cancel my contract due to too many problems

I sorted this problem myself in the end after no reply from bt, Eventually after an hour phone call with billing a very rude operative on the phone telling me that i wasnt allowed to finish my sentances after her talking over me and interupting also talking down to me i asked to speak to a manager and was told i wasnt allowed i then asked  her to put me through to cancelations lucklily i got through to reception who told me that infact i am allowed to speak to a manager so got put back through and explained my situation to the manager who contractdicted everything that the operative had told me and managed to sort the problem out for me, So hopefully now this will be then end of my problems!!! But if you do get told you cant speak to a manager you actually can so i suggest you do
