I was prompted to change expiring email password. This box was in top left corner AFTER login (btconnect 365). Having done so, I have only managed to access emails twice after countless attempts. Im repeated told its the wrong password!

This is a known issue with Microsoft and we have them investigating this as we speak, we aim to clear this as soon as possible.
In the mean time c an you please contact us or go through myoffice.bt.com > Service > Email summary to reset this.

Went Via business help, and I got the password reset during a live chat.
I was told the prompt to update the password is a Microsoft issue and to ignore it. I should be gone with a few days.
The sort worked well, waited 2mins for an operator, and it took 10mins to sort. It is however a bit disconcerting giving all your details away to someone on the end of a keypad!
