really annoyed about this. Nowhere do BT tell you that getting 5 addresses means you can't have a fixed IP for the connection. When I spoke to an advisor, I explained exactly what I wanted to do and why we wanted the IP range, so I'm seriously vexed that I've wasted nearly half a day trying to figure out why the (not very clear) instructions don't work.
Grrrrrr....
