Yeahs it not ideal BT, what a lot of people do is combine the single static with the 5 static I think you'll have to call sales directly for that though, don't think you can order it through the portal.
The advisor you spoke to probably thought he was telling you the truth to be honest, its not a malicious sales tactic.
I mean what is it you're trying to accomplish there are a few configuration options and there may be a work around.
