I was sold this option as I desperately wanted to keep my numbers moving from one exchange to another. I cannot get hold of my BT Local Business manager Lydia Chalk in the Blackheath office. BT have ceased all my existing numbers and I cannot get hold of anyone to re-instate them do that I can set my diverts! These have ceased as well as the numbers as ceased. What an incomptent service! We have been without phones for almost 3 weeks and I really hope someone can help as to who do I contact?
