Hi

 

You have nearly done evrything correctly. Don't forget when you enter the external number to finish with a # or click CONFIRM on the screen

 

The divert for analogue lines wil ONLY work if you set the lines to Guarded clear

 

Enter system programming

Select LINES

Scroll down until you see PSTN and select

Then select GUARDED CLEAR

Then set the lines to be guarded clear by selecting the lines on you system (making the diamonds solid)

 

You will then find that your divert will work
