I have our system basically set up as Fiona has highlighted, we get hit with a lot of cold calls for services, sales etc and want to cut this out. What I would like is a phantom voicemail box that would go to dial 4 option, there would be no phone at that extension, so I would need the ability to record and playback from any phone that is on an extension within the office. Can this be done.
