I have been through this in residential but it seems I need to put this in BT Business Email Forum because I was once with BT Business but I kept the btconnect.com addresses because we had all the addresses on letter headins so it made sense to keep them, bt agreed with this. I will post the link to the thread its easyer for mods here just to read through the whole of the pages there and then they will understand the issue instead of me typing everything out again. Its simple really my main btconnect.com email address was compromised a few weeks back, its ok now with spam going out I just changed a strong password on office 365 account but my issue is now I cannot send emails out to any contact addresses without it bouncing back everytime, it as if the email is not recognize by the server!. I can receive emails fine and a MS Test Email works fine also I can send an email to myself fine just cannnot send emails to any normal contacts. Can mods help please?
