I'm also having serious issues with the support from BT. I tried to transfer in a .com domain to my account, unbeknown to me I had to wait the 60 days. That was rejected. so I canceled the request and tried to go down the smart hosting route. Every time I tried to set the .com domain up it kept coming back ..... this domain is already being configured by a bt account. So, I'm stuck with a .com that I can't use. I contacted every h/desk number under the sun, emailed dnsforums - no response on first try. I get onto Value added service who say ring such an such Number. Ring them, nothing to do with us, ring such an such. This has been going on for nigh on 4 weeks now. I tried DNS again. - this time I get a response that they no longer do smart hosting at this time. They can only suggest that the account be canceled and a new one created. Are sales going to go with this, or are they going to be jobs worths and say the computer won't allow it. Go with a reputable company and what do you get ...... jack. BT may do phones realy well, but Tinternet stuff they seem to suck at.

I am really sorry to read you are having so many problems transfering your domain name to BT. I have sent you a Private Mail in regards to this, if you can please send me some information i will ask one of the domain team to look into this for you.
