file permission error

Hi,

I am currently putting the finishing touches to my website but the original was hosted on 'my free webspace' instead of 'manage my website' but BT have now managed to move this across for me to where it should be.

The problem I'm having is that when I try to upload an image etc to my website it won't let me, a file permission error appears (I used a template from web creator pro). I can upload images etc to my site when in 'manage my free web space' but not when in 'manage my website'?? any ideas as to why I cannot do this?

The issue is usually caused by your domain name containing upper case characters when displayed in your account area. Contact BT and ask them to alter this as it's a known problem.
