Is any one can tell me is it possible my phone line was never engaged and in my bill one single number dialled all the time one minute to hundred hours but our line was never engaged. When call BT they suggest to stop direct debit and said they are investigating. I spend hours of my time taking to BT people to sort this out. After one and half year BT said it,s not there fault and we have to pay. received email explaining we are victim of fraud and its not BT responsibility to maintain phone line. No one able to explain me how could it possible? we pay land line separate and broadband separate account. Never realised it could happen to us and do not know how it happen and service provider is unable to explain.
