My comment belongs in the thread I posted it in originally. I am perfectly able to decide if I think something is relevant or not. Burying pertinent replies just because are critical of the frankly pathetic service BT provides is just cynical coroprate censorship.
I am not in slightest bit surprised by this behaviour as BT expend more effort in being unhelpful and obtuse than they ever would need to in order to provide a decent service. It's actually quite perverse.
