Blanket denial of any kind of support or even an attempt to remedy users problems is also unwelcome. As is being censored. My comments still stand and as this is a user-to-user forum they belong here. The advise being that the users should cut their loses and use an alternative provider.
This advise is both relevant and practical in nature. It was address to users in order to help them. I wouldn't bother addressing them BT via the feedback section as BT ignore any communication on the subject and prefer to expend effort obfuscating and burying things.
