I am using this http://www.handysync.net/pocketpc/ on my 02 XDA Orbit, it has a free trial so pretty easy to decide if it is the one for you! It synchs with Outlook and so on.

SPB has some good stuff also http://windows-mobile-pda.handster.com/software.php?id=76&for=Windows+Mobile+PDA but I've not tried it.

I mainly use my blackberry now though and my PDA is relegated to a glorified Sat Nav 😉
