I hope someone is able to assist you with this on the forum.
I contacted the Versatility team and they said that any questions should be directed to them via the links I supplied. If there are problems or questions with versatility then you could contact your supplier or if you no longer have a support contract with your supplier then you can take one out with BT.
Normally manuals and support documents are supplied with the versatility system through the contracted supplier of the system.
