I have just reported these idiots to BT. They claim to be 'BT wholesale' and very quickly say "I am so and so from 5G" which sounds like BT. They started by saying I had reported problems with my phones and as I had reported that some of my features on my feature line weren't working I assumed it stemmed from that. They are quite convincing and I am working from home today but had I been working from my office may well have given them my account number.
The number they called from was 01494-449382 which is lucky they came through to my mobile as my office phone is diverted as my feature lines showing caller ID still isn't working lol
Be careful. I am very wary of people on the sell usually and these guys caught me right off guard!
