Hi Ihphone,
1.LCR will make no difference to the system speed dials, I can only assume they are not being used correctly. System speed dials will be used by pressing "Directory" > "System Speed Dial" > and selecting the speed dial from the list.
2.You must have digits to replace with otherwise it will not remove the digits you have dialled. E.g. If you put an LCR code of "159" in the system, but have no digits to replace, the whole 159 is send to the line in front of the number you have dialled, therefore getting number not recognized. When you enter a digit to replace with, the digits you actually dialled will be replaced with this. E.g. "1590" replace with "0", dialling "1590" will replace the "1590" you have dialled with a "0" to the line followed by the rest of the digits you have dialled.
3.Again in reference to system speed dial override, this will only work if the system speed dials are actually accessed from the system by using either the short codes starting with "8" (i.e. 8001 etc) or as detailed in point 1 above. Just manually dialling a number that is in the system speed dials will not work.
Hope this helps
Tracey
