Apologies, my problem was that there were settings in the Class tables that were left over from my previous experiments and I forgot to clear them. It seems to work now for my test for numbers beginning with 0. Many thanks!
If I understand this correctly, the only thing to keep in mind is to AVOID starting the LCR code with a number that is barred in table 6. That is, if I bar calls to outside numbers beginning with 5, then I also cannot use an LCR code beginning with the number 5 for this scheme to work, e.g. '543'. Is that right?
I also presume that this method will not bar 999 and 112 calls.
