Re-point my domain name

Hi folks,

I want to keep adminstering my domain name on BT, but I also want to host the actual site on my own server.  Because my account has web hosting I can't change the A record for the website.  I've emailed BT about it and got an incident number: 110915-000442.  That email was sent on Thursday last week (15/9/11) and I have received no response other than the confirmation that my email was received.  Is there any quicker way to change the DNS settings for my domain name?

Hi Mat-admin,

If the www A record option is greyed out and does not let you change it, if you go to www.dnsforms.co.uk and click the option to do a A record repoint, our DNS team can change this for you.  Normally takes 1 working day to process.
