Registering my website with Google

When I make an application to register my website with Google do I register it with

a)  http://www.mywebsite.co.uk

b) www.mywebsite.co.uk

c) http://www.mywebsite.co.uk/index.html

d) www.mywebsite.co.uk/index.html

e) http://www.mywebsite.co.uk/.

f) www.mywebsite.co.uk/.

Google is picking up my website but it is also picking up 

/home.html

/topframe1.html

/topframe3.html

All the above looks awful, no headers,no frames, text and photo only, header only no text etc

Please could someone offer a simple solution because my computer skills are limited.

Should just be item b)

Just for curiosity:

In Google search type in    Site:www.mywebsite.co.uk    see what it lists for your domain name - it should pick up all the pages it has crawled and logged for your site.   You can do the same for bbc.co.uk and you will see it will shows thousands!.

Obviously, change "mywensite" to your domain name....
