Can anybody help me please; I have now been transfered to the BT Connect 365 for my emails, before that I generally used the Remote Login through Microsoft Outlook Web Access - since I have been using the new 365 I can no longer get into the Microsoft Outlook version as it is saying my username and password aren't recognised.
There are some sent emails that I need to access on the old system - could advise me how to get back into it please?

The direct URL for the old Outlook Web Access is http://email.btconnect.com - you should be able to log in there and see any old messages.
