We have a BCM 50 with a dozen phones connected; we have had a swap around in the office and now would like to change the extension names, I can see the names and ext Nos in Element manager but how do you change them?
If it's just the names you need to change (not the numbers) then its usually a case of a double click on the extn name in elements manager and change from there (IIRC).
