I've sent an email to admin@btnames.com (on instruction from the online chat support rep) for a request for an rDNS setup. I didn't get any response back so I want to make sure my request is being dealt with. On the email I didn't put the account number, will this be needed?
Searching through the forums I found this page

for requests for rDNS but I noticed the account number field says it should be a WM number. Our account number is a VP account number and wouldn't let me submit.
Can you confirm my email request has been received, if I've supplied enough information and how long it might take to setup?

Ok you can ignore this post. I called them and was told by the very competent rep that the address you are supposed to use for rDNS requests is indeed http://www.dnsforms.co.uk/
No thanks to the online chat rep who gave me a rubbish email address!
