Hi Guys,
We have taken over a BT Versatility system that was handled by a previous IT employee and we have tried to get onto the BTV CallAccountant software that was installed onto one of the server but the details we had for the username and password appear incorrect. The previous employee advises that he thinks this is correct.
Is there any default administrator username or password we can use or does anyone know of any way to reset this on the server to allow us to login ?
Hope this makes sense.
I tried to search this at knowledge base but I cant find any. Have you tried calling tech support yet?
