Resizing photos in EasyBlogBuilder

Hi

Can anyone help me? I'm using EasyBlogBuilder but when I add a photo all I get is a tiny photo that I can't resize. Does anyone know how to do this?

You can upload a title image to be displayed on your web log homepage by clicking on the “Appearance” tab,and there you have the modifications of resizing your photo

I can't find an Apperance tab. I looked in all the tabs in EBB but no joy.
