We have 2 lines and in our old office when someone tried to ring our main number both lines would ring in the office. Now when we moved only the 1st line is ringing. The technician who moved our phonelines had no idea how that worked. Does anyone know how to make that happened again?
If your company has a system like a norstar bcm 50, you can login and change this yourself using bt business elements software. If this means nothing to you, then you will need to speak to someone at BT business and ask them to enable this service for you.
