Does someone know when this issue is going to be resolved?

I have just spoken to BT and the think it will be up and running again today or next week! I pointed out that at the moemnt we are all paying for a product we can't use and feel that BT should offer some sort of compensation. I think the more people call in and raise the issue, the sooner things will progress. The number to call is ********** and work yourself through the options!

Thanks for the telephone number, tried calling yesterday but just got through to line faults all the time.
I can confirm the certificate is in the process of being installed.
This should resove the issue by the end of today.
