Security pack - beware

We had security pack running very happily for almost a year and then we got the letter from BT saying we had 2 licences [for 1 PC ?] and that they would be charging us the difference, this letter was dated Jan 08.
 
I called to complain and was promised one licence would be deactivated, shame they deactivated the one we appeared to be using as I could not activate and since then the problems started and continue to this day, I have had the P.C. remotely cleaned, reinstalled the pack, had new licences sent by sales, told that was wrong by tech support, and so on.
 
Our latest bill from BT shows, I think, that we have at least 3 licences now, our account page indicates 2 still but the  software keeps crashing asking to be repaired, constantly having to re-enter details on boot up to activate the thing. Generally fed up never had probs with AVG Free and Zonealarm.
 
Called BT Cust Services who sounded generally disinterested but promised to correct, faxed them yesterday just to make my point.
 
Cant see how such a simple thing as a licence quantity can cause such chaos ?
 
Anyone else suffering ?
