We have just installed BT Infinity and cannot get our Netgear UTM9S router to connect.
The Setup
We have a BT white modem (which works with the BT Hub3) which is plugged via ethernet to WAN1 on the Netgear.
We have set the login as dxxxxx6@hg28.btclick.com and password: xxxxxxxxxx
The auto detect does find an PPPOE connection but does not connect.
IP settings are set to dynamically get the IP's, although we do have 5 fixed IP's
There are account name and domain name boxes but what would go into these?
I have read that Infinity might need Vlan 101 (what is this?) or DHCP set as enabled - although the server is set to do this.
any ideas?

I am sorry the main helpdesk is not able to help setup non BT routers, you can contact our IT Support Managers (ITSM) on 0800 500 247 who are open 24/7 but they are a chargeable service.
