Absoluetly! The easiest way to do this using BT's tools, would be to login to your account, go into manage webhosting - site builders - easy site wizard pro.
Click new site, choose the landing page option, but up the information you want to display as your under construction page, click save then publish.
This one page landing page will then stay online until you publish or upload your actual site.
