Slow broadband around 8/9pm

Theres a problem with our Broadband speed where it goes slow around 8/9pm GMT (peak times).

 

- Have phoned more than 7 times to BT support and get put through to 1st line which basically go through the usual script troubleshooting (e.g. test port). None of that has happened solve this problem

- Had the engineer out twice during the DAY to tell us that the line had no issues.

- Engineer has replaced our router

- This speed issue happens every day or two (if lucky).

 

We have been told it could be interference. Thought it may of been our microwave but this happens even on days the restaurant isn't being used.

 

I'm not sure what to do at this point as its affecting our business.

 

Please can someone assist me with this issue, as its our last resort.
