BT BUsiness Infinity!!! ha ha dont make me laugh

so, we ordered BT business inifity fibre optic for our small business on the 2nd of april, not sure when it will be installed...but then again BT dont know either!! laughable.

initially we were given a date of the 22nd of April, which was then moved to the 5th of May, and now we are being told that it will be after the 21st of May, as thats when the survey will be completed!?

survey?? exactly who knows,

still, BT must know what their doing!?!?! Maybe, i mean i was a communications engineer for the military for ten years and they have baffled me! lol

It is Openreach who operate  and maintain the network  it will be them who need to carry out the survey before service can be provided

That is just a pathetic excuse rolled out again and again. The OP's contract is with BT and they should be kicking the backsides of their sub-contractor Openreach to get the job done.
