Slow upstream

Am posting this on behalf of a customer whom I am working for in an IT capacity:

They are a garage and having issues with uploading pictures to Autotrader

I have tried 2 different routers both with the same result - slow upstream sync

Downstream is 6880 attenutation 35db

Upstream is 212 attentuation 44db

Any ideas?
