Smart phone wont connect to router

Hi there, I cant get any smart phone to connect to my router bt 2700hgv.The password is accepted and it says it is acquiring an ip address but it doesnt ever connect and recieve one.

Any ideas??

What is the smart phone you are trying to connect? It might need a few settings from your phone.
