I clicked upgrade to take it from basic to advanced, lol, what a fool, now i have 2 accounts a basic and advanced, well to call that upgrade is fraud, now sort it, i tried ringing your 24/7 line, but the guy dont have a clue, and said ring back monday.
I would like to add that the BT site is the worst web site i have ever seen, all i want is alink to edit my stuff, but it seems i have there selling pages that are fraud rammed at me to such an degree that i give up looking for my site to manage.
