Can you help

I have been in touch with BT Technicians and they say there is nothing I can do which I feel is not very helpfull from the service provider.

December 2014 we were notified that our useage had increased and we had gone above our download limit and were to be charge the extra for the extra useage.

We tried to find out where it had come from and foun our account had thousands of emails that had been returned to us yet we had nothing in our sent items.

We canged all the passwords and this had the desired effet and it stopped this was after BT had signed us up for unlimited useage.

Last yeare we started receiving the emails again were were advised by BT to change our security or sign up to there security see the connection!

We have new security software and changed the password four times this week and it still happens every night.

Blow is a copy of one email and its origins.

It looks like flyers being sent from our address

Yep I have the same problem and get the same lack of help from BT!

In my case it looks like the account has been cloned which means that changing the password won't help.

In my case the fix is to leave BT
