Hello,
I was online today when suddenly the internet cuts off. I rebooted the router and found that my new download sped was 478kbps. Usually it's 4710kbps.
I then tried to phone up but the phone line went dead.
I'm going to assume the weather is playing a bit part in this.
Any help on what i could do next would be helpful!
