Static IP Issue.

We have an issue with static ip addresses since change from ADSL2 to Fibre broadband.

 

This has left us with no internet for the third day with business contracts now in jeopardy.

 

On calling the Business helpline we ahve been told there is an issue with something stuck in the system, meaning the address have not been allocated properly.  I believe this has now been escalated but awaiting call back with reference number and been told it should be done with 24hrs.

 

This frankly is not good enough and we are extremly concerned as the weekend approaches.

 

Please can someone help or at least look at this for us.
