Static IP addresses not so static

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me out.

First of all MY SETUP

I have two lines and two routers from BT.

Router One: Draytek 2820.

This is connected with one set of 5 static IP's from BT. The SBS and connecting PC's are connected to this and everything is working as it should.

Router Two: BT 2Wire 2700HGV.

This again has a set of 5 static IP's connected to it from BT. 3 additional servers are connected to this router each with their own static IP (or what I thought should be static)

Now here comes the tricky bit. Im not 100% sure how it was set up when it all went wrong the other day but I think that the three devices connected to Router Two should have 3 static addresses assigned to them from Local Area Connection Properties on the boxes themselves (from the IP range provided for router one) and then Router Two (BT 2700HGV) assigns them static addresses from Router Two's IP range via the web borwser config settings. Is this possible?

The statics that I assign to the three additional devices do not seem to stay and they somehow revert back to 192 addresses or from the range that is supplied to router one. At the moment as a workaround I have all traffic connected via NAT on Router One but this is killing the internet speeds.

I want to get it so all traffic coming into the three additional servers is via Router Two and all traffic by devices connected to Router One goes out and comes in on Router One. Im not fussed how traffic goes out from the 3 additional servers as this is minimal but if I can get it kept to Router Two then that would be great.

All suggestions welcome.
