why is BT india like banging ur head against a brick wall

Its takin me 13 months to get my line fixed with bt... my line is now 1/2km shorter and can support upto 2mb bt max no problem ...yet before it was fixed i was put on 0.5mb fixed line ....

The day bt engineers came  to house there was no record that my line was on fixed rate

while they were here and fixed line the phoned bt only to find out that line speed was 1500kbps downstream ......dated 12 jan ...yet the date engineers were here was 22 feb ...

i was told my line would go back up ....yet 7 days later i was told that my ip address was 1250 and my downstream was 1500 yet the hub and BT speedtest show that my down 576kbps and my ip profile is 500kbps

.....

Bt india is a joke cos in the past when after a bt engineer/boost engineer appointment they ask what the engineer said ...even tho they have the notes and info in front of them ...why should " I " be the middle man ..IM the CUSTOMER

Which brings me to my next Q?? should i stay with overpriced BT £42/month or jump to talktalk £19.50 /month ..WITH NO bt max service

Hi

I am really sorry to read about the problems you are experiencing. This is the BT Business forum, and i suspect that you are a residential customer. If you do have BT Residential Broadband, you can sign up for the Residential Forum or look at the Residential Help for assistance.

If you are a business customer can you please private mail me your details, as i believe you must be talking to the incorrect helpdesk.

Kind Regards

Fiona
