Thanks in advance for any help.
We are in a bit of an annoying situation at our offices, which is that the 2 nearest exchanges both have fibre installed and available, but we sit dead in the middle of the 2 and our cabinet doesn't appear to have it.
Fruitless calls to various people leave me without any idea of whether this situation will ever change, but the building next door actually has fibre (I assume they paid for FTTP?).
Is there any way for me to know whether or not the cabinet will ever have fibre activated, or do we have any more options? The business is increasingly reliant on video conferencing/large uploads etc and it's becoming more and more annoying every day. We currently have 2 ADSL2 lines that balance the load between them but it would be fantastic to get fibre soon.
Of the 2 exhanges that we are near, all our lines are actually connected to the one that is further away, it's not by much but it's maybe 25% further.
